Explanation of Proxy Voting

Following the by-laws of Faith Baptist Church, “votes may be by proxy, provided that the proxy appointed is a Member and represents no more than one other Member.” Please download the proxy document at button on left, complete it in it’s entirety, ask another member to be your designated proxy (a member can only be a proxy for one other member), send or give them the completed proxy document, ask them to bring the proxy form to the meeting, and clearly tell them how you would like them to vote on your behalf.
